  • UK shipping: £10
  • International shipping: £20
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic Orders (UK): Typically, 3-5 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: Usually takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that shipping times may vary, especially during peak seasons or due to customs procedures.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment with the carrier.

5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed and shipped. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. The shipping cost for international orders is £20. Delivery times and customs fees may vary based on your location.

7. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shopify@cutpriceltd.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

8. Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details on how to return items.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

11. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is included in the price of our products where applicable. For orders outside the UK, you may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
